Head Chef
As a Head Chef in Olivia, you have total operational responsibility for the entire kitchen and report to the Operations Manager.

For the right candidate, we are able to offer temporary housing support to assist with relocation. Our aim is to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition.
The Head Chef’s responsibility includes:
- Ensuring that all food served is in accordance with Olivia’s standard (Calcmenu) in terms of taste, quality, appearance, temperature, and quantity.
- Ensuring that all food served has been prepared and served in line with IK-mat (documentation and quality assurance tool for food).
- Daily operation of the kitchen and pizza kitchen.
- Provide training to the leader team regarding budget control, food cost, seasonal menu changes and allergens requirements.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department
- Administrative responsibility, including recruitment, training, and follow-up
We look for candidates with the following qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years’ experience from a professional kitchen with high pace
- Are a motivated, ambitious, structured, and detail-oriented leader
- Are highly organised and structured.
- You get motivated by seeing others evolve and you enjoy team building.
- Are loyal to policies, processes, and guidelines.
Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef in Olivia, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team, so it’s essential that you are an excellent relationship builder and enjoy team-building activities.
The Sous Chef’s responsibility includes:
- Be a role model for the team, leading by example and inspiring others.
- The Sous Chefs are responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and should, together with the Head Chef, ensure that the Chefs, Pizza Chefs, and Kitchen Assistants are producing and preparing food according to our high-quality standards.
- Develop your team through training and motivation, creating a supportive and professional work atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to train, support, and develop the team, ensuring each member thrives and grows in their role.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen with a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- High professional standards with a focus on quality and consistency.
- A can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High personal integrity – you are a role model both on and off the job.
