As a Head Chef for Olivia, you have total operational responsibility for the entire kitchen and report to the Operations Manager.

The Head Chef’s responsibility includes:

• Ensuring that all food served is in accordance with Olivia’s standard (Calcmenu) in terms of taste, quality, appearance, temperature, and quantity.
• Ensuring that all food served has been prepared and served in line with IK-mat (documentation and quality assurance tool for food).
• Daily operation of the kitchen and pizza kitchen.
• Provide training to the leader team regarding budget control, food cost, seasonal menu changes and allergens requirements.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department
• Administrative responsibility, including recruitment, training, and follow-up

We look for candidates with the following qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience from a professional kitchen with high pace
• Are a motivated, ambitious, structured, and detail-oriented leader
• Are highly organised and structured.
• You get motivated by seeing others evolve and you enjoy team building.
• Are loyal to policies, processes, and guidelines.
