Become part of team Olivia

A great place to work

Is Olivia a workplace for you?

Olivia has opened many successful restaurants in recent years. We feel great joy in being able to offer jobs to so many people from more than 50 nationalities, in a Great Place to Work certified work environment.

At Olivia, we care more about your attitude and values than what you've done in the past, although experience from a fast-paced job or hobby is of course an advantage when applying for front of house jobs. Working in our kitchen is also fast-paced, and here we are looking for chefs with experience in Italian cuisine.

Olivia was founded out of a genuine love for Italy and Italian cuisine. Therefore, it is important that you have an interest in learning more about Italian food and wine culture. You get the knowledge by participating in our many courses and through our digital learning platform. We support those who wish to train as sommeliers and have annual master chef competitions for the chefs.

At Olivia, we are not afraid to give leadership roles to young people, and many build both resumes and careers with us. Most of the top management have worked their way up through Olivia. We are still growing and are constantly looking for new employees. Keep an eye on our vacancies here.

Gain leadership experience with Olivia

At Olivia, we are very proud to invest in internal recruitment and development of our own employees. In fact, more than 90% of Olivians in leader positions have climbed the career ladder within the company. In other words: anyone who starts as e.g. a waiter or waitress could get the opportunity to develop into the role of head waiter/waitress, shift leader, restaurant manager and operations manager. In the kitchen, you may start as a kitchen porter or as an employee in the prep kitchen, and then go all the way to becoming a chef de partie, sous chef or even head chef. We are incredibly proud to have so many colleagues with passion and ambition, who drive Olivia forward and contribute to a Great Place to Work-certified work culture.
